Circle of Sound
Using the tools of the voice through humming, toning, chant and mantra, this is a wonderful way to increase health and wellness. Some of the benefits of using sound and music include:- Focus, clarity and calm
- Stress and emotional relief
- Increased breath and lung capacity
- Synchronize and balance the right and left hemispheres of the brain
- Balance the chakras or energy centers
- Improvement of overall health, energy and well-being
- Enhance meditation or spiritual practice

Mindful Improvisation Workshop for Beginners
If you are someone who has said, "I want to take improv, BUT..." then this class is for you. This introductory workshop will use mindfulness techniques to move beyond the thinking mind into a space that encourages creativity, spontaneity and PLAY. Participants will try out a variety of popular improvisational games and will leave (after much laughter and delight) with a new sense of their own imaginative capacity. Taught by experienced improviser and teacher Zoe Wright-Bell and Artist's Way inspiration Kate Gavigan.
