Present Sense Community
Renting at Present Sense can be more than just writing a check for a space. The intention behind everything we do here is to create vibrant, healthy community, and that begins with the community of people who use this space for teaching and events. We hold regular quarterly meetings for renters to get to know each other and to contribute to building this special place for people to learn and grow. We also plan community salons at Present Sense that are run by renters.

General Info
The studio space is available for rental for classes, workshops, therapy groups, meetings, and rehearsals. It is composed of two rooms joined by an open doorway. (The rooms are not available for separate rental.) The studio floors are painted concrete with moveable area rugs. There are large blankets and some yoga mats available for padding on the floor, as well as about 15 meditation cushions. There are 30 folding chairs and two card-table-size folding tables. Also, two large tables can be set up on rolling cabinets that are great for arts and craft or a writing group.
The space also has a small kitchen (with microwave, tea pot, coffee pot, and refrigerator) and a single bathroom with a large utility sink that is perfect for art classes.
